My client is seeking a conveyancing solicitor to join their thriving and well-respected Conveyancing Department. You will:

  • Provide a first-class service to conveyancing clients, many of whom are high net worth individuals
  • Have experience of complex financial settlements essential, to include inherited wealth issues, overseas capital, pensions and property matters
  • Be knowledgeable of the issues relating to business/partnership division upon divorce (and able to interpret business accounts)
  • Have a thorough understanding of FPR pension law and comparative values
  • Be willing to act as a team player, sharing knowledge and ideas
  • Ideally have own client following (would be a bonus)
  • Be committed to bringing in new work and cross-referring to other departments
  • Be a qualified solicitor
  • Preferably be a member of Resolution and the Family Advanced Accreditation Scheme
