Location: Leamington SpaSalary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

The Role:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring an outstanding service experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound customer queries via phone and email
- Providing product/service information and resolving issues efficiently
- Processing orders and updating customer accounts accurately
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintaining excellent customer relationships through proactive communication
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A positive and proactive approach to work
