Job Description:We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Credit Control Customer Service Advisor to join a team in Leamington Spa temporarily until the end of February. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth cash flow into the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills to work in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Guide customers through the entire credit control process with a focus on reducing late payments and minimising debt.
  • Resolve invoice and account issues promptly to ensure first-time resolution and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Actively work to optimise cash flow by encouraging timely payments.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, the salesforce, and internal departments to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
  • Address customer queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring resolutions are delivered efficiently.
