Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Credit Control Customer Service Advisor to join a team in Leamington Spa temporarily until the end of February. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing customer relationships and ensuring smooth cash flow into the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and problem-solving skills to work in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle high volumes of inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Guide customers through the entire credit control process with a focus on reducing late payments and minimising debt.
- Resolve invoice and account issues promptly to ensure first-time resolution and maximum customer satisfaction.
- Actively work to optimise cash flow by encouraging timely payments.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, the salesforce, and internal departments to enhance collaboration and problem-solving.
- Address customer queries in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring resolutions are delivered efficiently.
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in credit control or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
