The Role

As Facilities Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and safe workplace. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, manage vendor relationships, ensure health & safety compliance, and support space optimization to keep the team productive and inspired.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in a multinational or hospitality setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Vendor management experience and knowledge of facility operations.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and management tools.
  • An IOSH or NEBOSH qualification would be advantageous but is not essential.
