As they continue to grow, they are now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our executive operations, providing vital support that drives our success. From managing complex schedules and facilitating key communications to orchestrating travel plans and preparing high-impact meetings, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring everything runs seamlessly. This is a permanent role based in the Leamington Spa site, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritise appointments, and coordinate schedules to align with executive priorities.
  • Handle communications with professionalism, draft correspondence, and maintain accuracy in all interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing documents, managing expenses, and organising files.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted point of contact for inquiries and issues.
  • Organise seamless travel arrangements and itineraries tailored to executive preferences.
  • Prepare materials for meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Approach challenges with a proactive and solutions-driven mindset, adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, delivering high-quality results efficiently and consistently.
  • Work independently, taking ownership of tasks while collaborating effectively when needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail, with a track record of delivering high-quality work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a sense of urgency and determination.
