Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Leamington Spa

We are seeking a PA who will be instrumental in supporting the MD of our client's organisation. As the first point of contact for both clients and colleagues, this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage schedules efficiently.

This is a full time role which is fully office-based.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Manage the MD's diary, including scheduling travel and arranging meetings.
  • Prepare for meetings by ensuring all necessary documents are ready and available in advance.
  • Handle the dispatch of draft and final documents for signatures and manage administrative tasks as requested..
  • Undertake ad-hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.
  • Provide cover for other PAs during their absence.
  • Organise and book courses for executives to maintain their Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a PA or similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in office management systems and procedures.
  • Experience in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
  • UK Driving Licence and use of a vehicle
