In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Partner and Practice Administrator, providing high-quality technical support and enhancing our Wealth business processes. Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Wealth Team and support both Mike and Practice Administrator
  • Gathering relevant information from Clients for a smooth on-boarding on our systems and in preparation for new business
  • Being a key person to maintain our client relationships with a professional manner and positive outlook
  • Administering the submission of applications to platform/product providers and monitor relevant systems to ensure accuracy and/or acceptance
  • Utilising and fully understand our submission process and system
  • Obtaining provider quotations, illustrations and supporting documentation in preparation for client meetings
  • Contacting clients existing providers in order to obtain policy specific information which will be used for transfer analysis and reporting purposes
  • Preparing Suitability Report templates for client reviews, ongoing service events and new business applications
  • Managing and updating the CRM and spreadsheet systems to ensure the delivery of ongoing service requirements, maintaining accurate records.
  • Understanding and delivering all client facing material for new business and servicing meetings
  • Obtaining valuations and information about clients existing policies and investments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • IT literate; proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Extensive experience providing administrative support
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative
  • Passion for supporting others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a methodical approach to workload and prioritisation
  • Experience using Cashflow forecasting is preferable but not essential
  • Excellent organisation and prioritising skills.
