Job Title: Finance Client Manager (Hybrid Role)

Salary: Competitive
Location:Leamington Spa
Hours: Full-time (36.5 hours per week) with hybrid working available. Flexible hours with a 2 PM finish on Fridays.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Finance Client Manager to join a dedicated team of professionals. Youll manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the virtual finance office department, working for a company that prioritises employee wellbeing and supports personal and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients, introducing best practices and identifying opportunities to optimise processes with technology.
  • Review & Approve Work: Oversee bookkeeping, VAT returns, and associated work prepared by staff.
  • Management Accounts: Prepare and present management accounts for your clients, with Senior Manager/Director support when required.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for your clients, responding to inquiries and offering tailored support.
  • Portfolio Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships while expanding your client portfolio.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise staff, provide guidance and training, and manage workflow effectively.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and implement improvements in department controls and processes.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist with monitoring KPIs and providing feedback on staff performance.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with CPD requirements and enhance your soft skills through training.

What Were Looking For:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in practice, with either a professional qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong time management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A client focused approach with the ability to build and maintain lasting professional relationships.
