- Answering and dealing with incoming telephone calls.
- Making outgoing telephone calls.
- Making calls/requests to and dealing with pension, investment and insurance companies.
- Processing of new business applications.
- Supporting our Mortgage Capacity Experts and Trustee Accounts Specialists.
- Supporting our Paraplanners.
- Administering Group Scheme Policy Renewals.
- General office admin duties.
- Greeting visitors at our office.
- Communicating with clients.
- Previous financial services experience is preferred
- Minimum education in Maths and English GCSE grade C and above (or equivalent).
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn.
- Basic salary of £23,000-£25,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with tenure.
