Location: Hybrid (In-Office and Work-from-Home flexibility, post-induction)

Salary: £24,000 - £32,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About Us: Our client is a respected independent financial advice firm dedicated to helping clients make informed decisions across savings, investments, retirement planning, and mortgage and protection services. Part of a National Financial Services group, the team in Leamington Spa are a close-knit team comprising 5 Financial Advisers, 2 Mortgage Advisers, and 13 support staff, committed to delivering a high level of service to our clients.

The Role: The company are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to provide crucial support to their Advisers, ensuring efficient processing and management of client documentation. You’ll assist in key administrative tasks such as processing new business applications, managing client data, and handling incoming client inquiries, enabling our Advisers to focus on delivering expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process new business applications, perform identity verification, and handle associated client documentation.
  • Support Advisers with client account management, including fund transactions and documentation on Intelligent Office.
  • Respond promptly to client, provider, and Adviser inquiries and maintain client records in line with company standards.
  • Contribute to an exceptional client experience by managing tasks and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism.

What they’re Looking For:

  • Experience: Prior experience in an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environment is required - essential.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and customer service skills are essential.
  • Technology: Competency with Intelligent Office or similar financial systems is desirable.
  • Qualifications: 5 GCSEs (including Maths and English) are essential, with further qualifications (such as CII Diploma) advantageous.
