Job Advert: Multi-Tradesman (Carpentry & Plumbing) - Warwick, Coventry, Nuneaton
Salary: 33,000 per annum
Location: Warwick, Coventry, Nuneaton (with travel to sites in the region)

Working hours: 8am- 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are currently seeking a skilled Multi-Tradesman to join our growing team, working on repairs and maintenance for both void and tenanted properties across the Warwick, Coventry, and Nuneaton areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carpentry: Repair and install architraves, skirting, and UVPC windows and doors.
- Plumbing: Install and maintain baths, toilets, sinks, and other sanitary ware. Locate and repair leaks as required.
- Multi work on repairs and maintenance
This is a great opportunity for a versatile, hands-on trades person with a strong background in both carpentry and plumbing. You'll be working in a varied role with the chance to expand your skill set through in-house training, while making a tangible impact on the upkeep of residential properties.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both carpentry and plumbing.
- Full driving license (company van and fuel card provided).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
- Good communication skills to liaise with clients and tenants.
- Will need to be happy to undergo DBS checks, manual handling course, working at height course and Asbestos Awareness.
