Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated NEC Supervisor to join our team for an exciting highways project in Warwickshire. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant infrastructure improvements, ensuring quality and compliance with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor construction activities on the highways project to ensure compliance with NEC3/4 contract specifications.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, documenting and reporting on progress, quality, and compliance issues.
  • Collaborate with contractors, project managers, and other stakeholders to address and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the project team, ensuring best practices are followed and contractual obligations are met.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all site activities, inspections, and communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an NEC Supervisor on highways projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and standards specific to highways.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and address potential issues proactively.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various sites within Warwickshire as required.
