Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a warm and welcoming primary school?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team in Leamington Spa, supporting Key Stage 1 (KS1) pupils.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to KS1 students in a mainstream setting, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work closely with class teachers to assist with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required, ensuring all children have access to the curriculum.
Deliver tailored interventions and support to individuals or small groups to promote their academic and personal development.
Monitor student progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to pupil reports.

Requirements:
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is essential.
Experience working in a primary school, ideally within KS1.
A proactive and adaptable approach, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
Willingness to work with SEN pupils in a mainstream environment.
An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
