The role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Process Lead to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for documenting business requirements, understanding current processes, and driving the design and implementation of future systems. This role requires close collaboration with various partners and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of integrated, customer-centric, and automated solutions.

Responsibilities:

Document business requirements and desired outcomes for the finance area.

Understand and document current processes, pain points, and stakeholder feedback.

Work closely with other Product Owners across Finance, HR, and Procurement.

Support role-to-user mapping for the finance area.

Participate in UAT, involving BAU teams as needed.

Define test script scope and ensure thorough testing and sign-off.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of finance processes and systems.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Ability to make agile design decisions and challenge non-compliant designs.

Experience with digital transformation and automation.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Knowledge of data management and control environments.

Experience in change management and user acceptance testing.
