We are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client for a HR/Administration Assistant. This role offers the opportunity to provide essential administrative support to the Practice Manager and play a key role in the core management of the firm. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of tasks, including project work, making this a dynamic position.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the administration of employee wellness schemes.
  • Support the recruitment process by advertising positions, drafting job descriptions, liaising with agencies, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare documents for new staff and assist in the onboarding programme.
  • Help in delivering and organising training across the firm.
  • Maintain compliance and client care records, organise compliance reviews, and meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation for Practising certificates, accreditation renewals, and insurance renewals.
  • Support the Marketing Executive in organising events.
  • Manage supplier relationships, facilities, and contract renewals.
  • Provide IT support to staff.
  • Carry out any other administrative or management duties as required by the Practice Manager.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable.
  • HR experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective planning and task prioritisation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team or with various stakeholders.
  • Willingness to work across two offices.
  • Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
