Change Manager - Data Literacy
One of our leading financial clients is looking to recruit a Change Manager on a contract basis. This role is part of Data Literacy team and will be responsible for data capabilities and training.
Location - Hybrid / Once a week in Warwickshire
Duration - 3 months
Day Rate - 550 - 600 per day Inside IR35
Experience:
- Change Management experience
- Insurance or Financial services experience
- Successful delivery of business change and benefits realisation
- Excellent knowledge of change management best practice and continuous improvement
- Experience of establishing effective relationships with all levels of stakeholders
- Experience of working on large scale training programmes would be advantageous
- Experience of programme/project delivery would be advantageous
- Good data awareness and/or data project experience
