IT Project Manager - Leamington Spa - Open on Salary

A technology-driven IT Project Manager with a proven track record in managing IT, Digital Transformation, and Software projects is required by a global leader in their industry. Experience required -

A seasoned IT Project Manager with proven experience in successfully leading IT, Digital Transformation, Cloud and Software projects.
Expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, PRINCE2, and PMP.
Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementations, system integrations, and a wide range of IT projects, including infrastructure, storage, third-party solutions, data / BI, and cybersecurity.
Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles, and cloud technologies.
Any experience in change management would be a bonus
Skilled in stakeholder management, effectively communicating with senior executives, business leaders, and external partners & the ability to lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving high performance.
Skilled in contract negotiation and vendor management, including selecting and overseeing external contractors and suppliers & have strong financial acumen
Any recognized project management qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner, or ITIL would be a bonus.

The role of the IT Project Manager includes:

Lead the planning and execution of IT projects & Digital Transformation projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with business goals.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress, using verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Oversee resource allocation, ensuring the availability and effective management of both in-house IT staff and external contractors.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and systems to evaluate success.
Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear, timely communication of project expectations to all parties.
Conduct risk management, proactively identifying potential issues and developing contingency plans.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in IT project management to promote innovation and efficiency.
Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems and technologies within the organization.
