Ideally you will have cross commercial lines experience – property, casualty, liability. However my client is willing to speak to those who maybe cover one commercial lines area. Agile working is on offer, the team currently work in the office 2 days a week, with the only “core day” being a Tuesday, the other days you come in are totally up to you. The office is however closed on a Friday. Given their location, you will ideally need to drive, however should you not they are on a main bus route, however this isn’t ideal. My client is willing to be open regarding experience and they can consider those without commercial lines experience, but it is essential you know the insurance fundamentals and have ambitions to grow and develop in your insurance career. Should you be of this type of candidate you will have to be ambitious and have a real desire for a career in insurance.
