THE OPPORTUNITY:Macildowie are currently recruiting for Debt Recovery Agents working for a business based in Leamington Spa. The role will be to provide a first class collection service, maximising recovery on overdue balance.This is a temporary ongoing position, Monday to Friday, full time hours and is fully office based.THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Using the dialler system to facilitate inbound and outbound telephone communication in relation to pre-litigation and litigation matters.Liaising with customers and third parties to maximise recoveries on overdue balances.Completing income & expenditure assessments to demonstrate affordability of arrangements.Using skills and knowledge to ask open questions and, if necessary, challenge information gained.Acting with sensitivity and recognition of customers in potentially vulnerable positions.Acting as first point of contact for customer complaints and recording the details accuratelyMaintaining consistency and adherence to strict compliance policies and all regulatory guidelines. EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Good eye for detail and ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks.Excellent communication skillsGood organisational skillsWillingness to learn.Ability to problem solve.Work both on your own initiative and as part of a teamHardworking character, able to thrive in a pressurised environment, reacting to changing deadlines and priorities in a professional manor.You must be immediately available for work and be willing to undergo a DBS and Credit Check
