The role involves visiting customers’ homes to design high-end German kitchens while following the process through to completion, with ordering handled by another team.
Candidates should have a strong design and sales background within the independent kitchen marketplace, ideally with experience in German products.
A full driving license is essential, and good IT skills, particularly in CAD software, are required for this position.
The salary for this position is between £28k and £34k, along with benefits such as a pension, laptop, mobile phone, travel expenses, and a commission structure.

This independent kitchen business has been working within the kitchen marketplace for over 30 years and are currently recruiting an experienced Kitchen Designer to work out of their showroom in Leamington Spa which is currently being refurbished.

They sell high-end German kitchens and you will be responsible for confidently visiting customers’ homes, listening to their ideas, designing their dream kitchen and following the whole process through to completion (the ordering and scheduling will be handled by a different team).

Skills and Experience expected from the Kitchen Designer:

Strong design and sales background within the independent kitchen marketplace
Experience gained in kitchen design and sales, ideally German products
Able to work to deadlines and targets
A natural flair for design, presentation and customer service
Good IT skills and CAD literate (they use Compusoft Winner and EQ)
Full driving licence essential

On offer is a basic salary of between £28k and £34k plus pension, laptop, mobile phone, travel expenses and an excellent commission structure.
