Are you an experienced administrator with great attention to detail and an articulate approach? Looking to work for a global, successful organisation? If so, this role could be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Input site operational and allocation data (staff, labour, materials, plant) into relevant spreadsheets
  • Upload site documents and maintain office notice boards
  • Coordinate with the training team and communicate course needs to site operatives
  • Manage daily hours for site operatives and staff, updating the People Allocation and Plant/Equipment Sheets
  • Collect and submit Plant and Equipment Maintenance Sheets
  • Perform general office tasks, such as ordering supplies and managing administration

Criteria:

  • Self-driven with strong initiative and the ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of document control systems (e.g., Business Collaborator, PIM) is a plus
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Remote location - ideally need to be able to drive
