Senior Administrator - Wealth Management

Leamington Spa - £open depending on experience.

A leading Wealth Management Company are looking to recruit an experienced individual who enjoys working within Financial Services and would relish working in a friendly supportive office environment. The company who are part of a larger group have a positive office culture which encourages personal development, initiatives to ensure good work / life balance and a profit share scheme.

Working as part of the support team you will help consultants with a range of client support work.

Specifics of the role will include -

• Prepare client meeting parks, meeting notes and action schedules.

• Process all new business ensuring company processes and procedures are adhered too.

• Produce client valuations and ensure the Paraplanning team have all the required information to produce suitability reports.

• Maintain contact with clients, resolve queries, direct enquiries and manage the relationship in a professional manner.

• Process fund switches and update valuations, client details.

• Co-ordinate client reviews, ensuring consultants have the required information

• Help consultants with diary management and organise meetings.

• Manage the database ensuring client details are correct and updated.

• Work as a productive part of your team, managing objectives and ensuring best levels of client management are maintained.

• Continue to study towards professional qualifications and be willing to learn new skills and improve technical knowledge

To apply for the role, you MUST HAVE PREVIOUS FINANCIAL SERVICES EXPERIENCE preferably gained in a Wealth Management / IFA environment. You will also need to display excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and desire to do well and have an all-round positive and enthusiastic approach.
