Your Role: As a Senior Administrator, you'll be integral to the smooth running of the wealth management team, working closely with consultants to deliver exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities: • Preparing comprehensive client meeting packs and action schedules • Processing new business applications and maintaining client records • Producing client valuations and supporting the Paraplanning team • Managing client relationships and handling queries professionally • Processing fund switches and maintaining accurate records • Coordinating client reviews and consultant diary management • Database management and maintaining data accuracy

The Ideal Candidate: • Previous Financial Services experience (essential) • Wealth Management or IFA background (preferred) • Strong communication and organizational skills • Proactive approach to work • Desire to pursue professional qualifications • Client-focused mindset
