A Mortgage and Financial Services brokerage located in Leamington Spa is seeking to hire a full-time Mortgage Administrator.

The successful applicant for the Mortgage and Financial Services Administrator role will receive a compensation package with the following benefits:

  • £23,000 - £25,000 salary based on experience
  • Pension scheme.

The Mortgage and Financial Services Administrator will:

  • Submit, administer, and progress mortgage and protection insurance applications
  • Manage the application pipeline and liaise with estate agents, lenders, insurers, and solicitors via phone and email
  • Use Microsoft Word, Excel, client database systems, and various online application systems.

The requirements for the Mortgage and Financial Services Administrator position include:

  • Proficient telephone and communication skills
  • Capacity to establish and develop client relationships quickly
  • IT skills, including proficiency in Windows, Outlook, and Excel
  • High level of numeracy
  • Strong English language skills, both oral and written
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
