They are now looking for a highly motivated Family Solicitor to join their dynamic team, handling privately funded work.

The Role As a Family Solicitor you will manage a diverse caseload of privately funded family law matters. You will work closely with clients, providing expert advice and high-quality legal services. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career and work with a highly skilled team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters
  • Provide tailored legal advice to clients in family law matters, including divorce, separation and civil partnership dissolution, financial settlements, children disputes, adoption and surrogacy matters and domestic violence/abuse
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Maintain high levels of client care and ensure the best possible outcomes for your clients

About You We are looking for a Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who is:

  • Qualified with around 4+ years? PQE in family law
  • Experienced in handling privately funded family law cases
  • Excellent in communication and client management
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your caseload effectively
  • Experienced in conducting advocacy/attending court
  • Knowledgeable/experienced in legal aid family work (desirable, not essential)

This is a full-time permanent job working 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday (35 hours per week). Home working can be accommodated 2 days per week.
