- Managing a caseload of sales, purchases, and new build transactions.
- Ensuring legal titles are marketable and compliant with lender requirements and CQS protocols.
- Handling client communications via email, calls, and in-person interactions efficiently.
- Overseeing financial control, including preparation of accurate completion statements and billing.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with external parties, such as estate agents and developers.
- Experience as a Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, or in a similar role.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing.
- A proven track record of working with estate agent groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong client-focused approach.
