Reed Legal are supporting a prestigious and long standing Warwickshire law firm to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor.

My client are seeking a talented professional to play a key part in their existing busy private client department.

This is a excellent opportunity will allow you to support teh development of the service and there is an appetite to make partnership an option.

Role Overview: As our Wills and Probate Solicitor, you’ll be covering all aspects of wills, probate, and estate planning. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, providing guidance on complex estates, trust creation, and tax planning, while fostering trusted client relationships and growing this division into a vital part of our firm’s offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting wills, lasting powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents
  • Providing comprehensive tax and estate planning advice, including inheritance tax strategies
  • Administering estates, including complex and international matters
  • Setting up and managing trusts, including family and discretionary trusts
  • Handling contentious probate and disputed wills cases
  • Supporting executors and beneficiaries with legal advice and guidance on roles, rights, and responsibilities
  • Developing strategic growth plans for the department and building strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A qualified solicitor with experience in wills, trusts, and probate work
  • A self-starter attitude with a desire to push the department on
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-cantered approach
  • Appetite to work towards a partner role

This is a permanent, office-based role Monday to Friday.
