Business Title: Head of Business Transformation

Reporting To: Managing Director

Please note this a full time office based position at the offices in Leamington Spa

Role Objectives:

The Head of Business Transformation plays a crucial role in guiding our organization through significant changes that align with our strategic goals. The role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:

Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure that transformation initiatives align with the company’s overall strategy and long-term goals.
  • Translate high-level strategic objectives into actionable plans and initiatives.

Change Management

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, or organizational structures.
  • Develop communication plans and training programs to support stakeholders through the transition

Project Management

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.

Cost Management

  • Ensure transformation initiatives deliver value and are cost-effective.
  • Manage budgets and track financial performance related to transformation projects.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to secure buy-in and support for transformation efforts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between executive leadership and project teams.

Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with transformation initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage risks throughout the transformation process

Performance Management

  • Establish KPIs and performance metrics to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Regularly review progress against these metrics and adjust plans as needed to ensure objectives are met.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for ongoing optimization even after initial transformation goals are achieved.
  • Ensure lessons learned from transformation projects are documented and applied to future initiatives.
