We are currently recruiting for a Post-Completion Conveyancing Assistant on behalf of our client based in Leamington Spa. This role is perfect for individuals who are keen to develop their career within the Post Completion sector, rather than moving towards a Legal Assistant, Paralegal, or Fee Earner role.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive support to Conveyancing Solicitors to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare correspondence and manage communications using the case management system.
  • Handle client interactions both over the phone and in person with professionalism.
  • Manage filing systems, including daily filing tasks and the maintenance of client files from opening to archiving.
  • Prepare and dispatch mail and enclosures.
  • Oversee the scanning and photocopying of important documents.
  • Execute additional duties as required, ensuring all post-completion processes are completed, including paying stamp duty to HMRC, serving notices to landlords, and registering new owners with the Land Registry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience and knowledge in residential conveyancing.
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and handle tasks with high precision and speed.
  • Excellent telephone manner and comfort in client interactions.
  • Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable to varying tasks.
