We are seeking a Legal Support Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Client in Leamington Spa, ensuring efficient operation and excellent client service. This role involves managing correspondence, client interactions, and administrative tasks within a dynamic legal environment.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide full support to the legal department to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Prepare correspondence and manage communications using our case management system.
  • Attend to clients both over the telephone and in person, ensuring a professional and friendly service.
  • Administer filing systems, including daily filing, and the opening, closing, storage, and retrieval of client files.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with new business introducers.
  • Assist clients with the initial steps of their legal transactions.
  • Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Arrange the scanning and photocopying of important documents.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support the department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in administration, ideally within a legal setting, is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent telephone manner and comfort in dealing with clients both on the phone and in person.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Highly organised, methodical, and adaptable.
  • Interest in progressing within the business department.
  • Background in sales or an understanding of legal services sales is advantageous.
