We are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join our client's team in Leamington. This role is ideal for individuals who are looking to advance their career in the legal field, specifically within the area of property law. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our conveyancing team, helping to streamline operations and enhance client satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist the conveyancing team in managing various administrative tasks to ensure efficient processing of property transactions.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence and legal documents related to property conveyancing using our case management system.
  • Attend to clients over the telephone and in person, providing professional and friendly service.
  • Maintain and organise files including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files.
  • Ensure all communications and documents are filed timely and accurately to maintain up-to-date client records.
  • Support the team by preparing mail and enclosures for dispatch.
  • Assist in the scanning and photocopying of documents as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal support role is highly advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using legal case management systems and standard office software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
