A leading Leamington Spa based law firm are currently looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their residential conveyancing department on a full time basis. You will be assisting the Fee Earners with a range of administrative tasks to support the Conveyancing process.

You must have a good understanding of property law firm a minimum of 2 years experience.

This role is full time office based Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Duties include

  • Providing conveyancing quotes
  • Opening new files
  • Dealing with client enquiries and queries over the telephone and in person, and providing updates to clients and estate agents
  • Setting up files for completion
  • To progress files through to post-completion, file closing and progressing to archive
  • Undertaking dictation
  • To scan, maintain and prepare full attendance notes
  • Obtaining correct documentation for Anti Money Laundering purposes
  • Updating LMS and Lender Exchange
  • Submitting registrations and dealing with requisitions
