We are pleased to assist our valued client with their recruitment for a Legal Secretary in the department of Private Client, this is an ideal position for a person that is looking for an entry role into a legal environment or a more experienced Legal Secretary looking for a new exciting role to join one of the top Law firms in Coventry & Warwickshire.This is working a full working week 7 hours per day Monday to Friday (35 hours per week).Excellent working environment with genuine career prospects.Main duties:-Provide a full secretarial service within the department for multiple fee earners.Undertaking typing and secretarial work within the Private Client department.Handling of and dealing with client's calls and liaising with Fee Earners where appropriate. although no legal advice may be given.Seeing clients in Reception.Maintaining Files, preparing bundles for court, general admin support.Requirements: -Excellent Keyboard skills, good knowledge of Word and Outlook.Positive approach to Customer Service, good team player.Ideally either Degree or some experience working withing a Law Firm.
