Clayton Legal are working with a long-standing client who have an opportunity for a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their outstanding litigation team in Leamington Spa. The role is key in supporting the litigation department with both legal and administrative tasks, ensuring that client files are managed efficiently and effectively. The role is fast paced dealing with a busy caseload of matters including debt, insolvency, contested wills and probate, employment, company and partnership, property disputes and trusts litigation.Key Responsibilities:As a Litigation Legal Assistant, your role will involve:•    Managing Fee Earner’s diaries by arranging meetings and appointments.•    Handling routine client correspondence and queries in a professional manner.•    Opening and closing files accurately and in line with firm procedures.•    Attending to clients in person and over the phone, delivering service that aligns with the firm’s high standards of client care.•    Creating and updating client records in the firm’s database, ensuring compliance with Lexcel        standards.•    Producing and sending client correspondence, enclosures, and bills.•    Maintaining client confidentiality and ensuring the secure handling of client documents.•    Managing client hard copy files, including document copying, storage, and retrieval.•    Processing payment requests and recording client financial transactions.•    Arranging searches, preparing reports, and gathering information as needed by the fee earner.To be successful in this role, you will:•    Have a minimum of three years legal private practice experience. •    Possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with previous experience as a Legal Assistant,       Legal Secretary, or Legal Administrator.•    Proficiency with legal case management systems.•    Be enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent client service.Why Join This Firm?My client offers a supportive and inclusive work environment that values its employees and fosters career development. Benefits include:•    Career Development: Opportunities for professional growth within a firm that prioritizes talent and development.•    Competitive Salary: An attractive salary with additional perks and benefits.•    Positive Work Culture: A collaborative atmosphere with regular social events and community engagement.If you’re passionate about litigation and seeking a firm that recognizes and nurtures your potential, apply today.
