Residential Conveyancer
My client, an extremely well-established and highly reputable law firm, is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its team at a beautiful, modern office in Leamington Spa. The Role:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters independently, from instruction to completion
- Handling a variety of transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and new builds
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and other third parties to ensure a seamless process
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
About You:
- You will have at least 2 years’ experience running your own caseload in residential conveyancing
- You have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure, while delivering exceptional client service
