We are recruiting for a Driver & Fleet Administrator to join a modern luxury automotive brand within the Leamington Spa area. You'll join the rapidly growing team and report into the Executive Assistant to the CEO.You'll be responsible for driving their team of C-Suite to various locations within the UK. When driving is not required, you will look to ensure that all cars within the fleet are maintained to the required standards and fit for road use. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our planned Bicester location and our office in Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.What you’ll do:

  • Driver for the C-Suite team, working along side the C-Suite Support Office, ensure timely pick-up’s and drop off’s for members of the C-Suite team.
  • Ensure that all cars whether they are in a fleet or pool are taxed and road legal.
  • Complete any required administration for registration/de-registration of fleet or pool cars
  • Ensure a log is created and maintained to ensure awareness of all employees using a fleet or pool car
  • Produce a monthly report to share with management showing car mileage.

Who you are:

  • Competent driver holding a full clean UK driving license
  • Experience in administration of fleet/pool cars
  • Understanding of vehicle compliance for road use
  • Good communication skills to be able to converse with all levels of the business
