About the Role
As our Warehouse Manager, you won't just manage the floor - you'll own it. You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring every process flows as smoothly as a perfectly orchestrated setlist. From inventory control to team leadership, process optimisation to customer satisfaction, you'll make sure everything works in harmony.
Your Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Team Leadership: Inspire, motivate, and lead our warehouse team to hit every note. You'll set the tempo, provide clear direction, and foster a winning culture.
- Inventory Control: Manage stock accuracy and flow, ensuring our products are always where they need to be, when they need to be there.
- Process Optimisation: Identify opportunities for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to keep us ahead of the game.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe and compliant working environment for everyone.
- Ownership of WMS: Take full control of our Warehouse Management System, leveraging its potential to streamline and improve operations.
- Customer Focus: Keep customer satisfaction at the heart of every decision, ensuring a seamless fulfilment experience.
