We are recruiting for a Project Administrator on behalf of an established engineering company that provides innovative solutions across various sectors.

  • Serve as a key team member, overseeing the progression of customer projects from initial enquiry to final delivery.
  • Enhance and maintain the company's online presence and social media activities, including data collection and report generation.
  • Act as a representative of the company in interactions with potential clients.
  • Handle initial customer enquiries and prepare corresponding quotes.
  • Oversee the management of customer orders from the point of receipt to the point of delivery, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure the timely fulfilment of customer orders.
  • Manage logistics for shipping and handle the processing of customer invoices.
  • Gather essential KPI data and seek ways to refine processes and boost the overall customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Experience of working in the Engineering sector.
  • Excellent commercial and technical acumen.
  • Enthusiastic, confident, and personable.
  • Proficient in MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute.
  • Proactive team player and problem solver.
  • Full driving license.
