Site Manager

Pay: 25 - 28 per hour

Location: Warwick

Duration: Temp to Perm (5 year contract)

Start Date: 3/02/2025

One of our established clients are currently looking for a site manager to join their team overseeing all refurbishment works on a University in Warwick.

The right person will have experience working in University's, overseeing tradesmen, adhering to health & safety and ensuring the project is on track.

The main responsibilities will include:

- Overseeing subbies

- Ensuring project is on track

- Ensure health and safety protocol is followed

- Liaising with client

The right candidate will have the following:

- SMSTS

- First Aid

- CSCS Card (Preffered)

- Enhanced DBS (Preffered)

We are looking for the right person to start on 3/02/2025.
