We're seeking a Senior Engineer, Vehicle Dynamics - M&T Integration to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to ourDynamics Principal Engineer, you will be accountable to lead the Integration of Methods & Tools, to guarantee a solid and consistent approach to all programs within and beyond the Dynamics team (e.g. Testing facility, DiL simulator etc.)

Support Program Leads in ensuring that the planning, delivering & logic is standardized and clearly communicated across the business. Very good Methodological Problem solving approach and quality/timing trade off mindset are required. Risk detection and Mitigation plan are key skills for success.

This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What you'll do

  • Support Principal Eng. in Resource/Budget/Tools definition
  • Lead Metrics definition from Subjective to specific and Objective level
  • Drive Day assessment tools and reporting integration in agreement with Program expectations
  • Ensure that Target setting of different programs is as differentiated as required by Product but Compatible with platform commonality
  • Ensure Consistent Components specification & Vehicle Setup Sheets documentation across the programs

Who you are

  • High Theoretical vehicle dynamics knowledge
  • Good understanding of Customer Subjective Perception from Objective Performance data
  • Medium knowledge of vehicle Tuning techniques
  • High understanding of K&C axle data, Vehicle Dynamics Metrics, Targets and Testing
  • Good knowledge of ADAMS Car (Adams View is a plus)
