Your Role
As a Senior Engineer, you'll design and develop cutting-edge transmission and driveline systems using advanced tools and techniques. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop transmission and driveline systems using simulation and prototyping tools.
- Innovate and refine analysis methods to push the boundaries of driveline engineering.
- Deliver technical work packages and manage small to medium projects.
- Specify materials and processes for precision components.
- Present designs and proposals confidently to peers, clients, and technical forums.
- Mentor team members and support capability growth within the engineering function.
- Represent the company as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Your Skills & Qualifications
- Degree (2:1 or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in transmission design, analysis, and simulation.
- Proficiency in key engineering tools (e.g., SMT MASTA, Romax, Creo, Ansys, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a record of innovation in drivetrain engineering.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
