The M&E Bias Site Manager will oversee the electrical and mechanical installation and commissioning of a 132kV substation. This project supports a solar connection within the NGED (National Grid Electricity Distribution) region.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Ensure successful installation and commissioning of the 132kV substation infrastructure.
- Compliance: Oversee all operations to comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Coordination: Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
- Safety Management: Maintain high safety standards throughout all stages of the project.
- Reporting: Provide progress updates to key stakeholders, including hiring managers.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- HNC relevant engineering discipline
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Temporary Work Coordinator (preferable)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel
