- Conducting end-of-line testing and ensuring compliance with quality standards
- Supporting team leaders with planning, productivity, and task allocation
- Leading or contributing to continuous improvement and quality investigations (8D)
- Training and mentoring team members to ensure consistent assembly standards
- Using measurement equipment (verniers, micrometers, etc.) for inspection tasks
- Proven experience in mechanical assembly, ideally within gearboxes, axles, or powertrain systems
- Skilled in reading and working from engineering drawings and build plans
- Confident using precision measurement tools
- Familiar with problem-solving techniques and supporting quality processes
- Comfortable training others and sharing knowledge within the team
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and commitment to health & safety
