Job Title: Paid Media Specialist
Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid/Remote)
Salary: Up to 50,000 DOE

As the Paid Media Specialist, you'll take full ownership of shopping campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta, ensuring clients' products stand out in a crowded digital marketplace. From strategy to execution, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Shopping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimise Shopping and Performance Max campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Take ownership of product feeds - optimising, troubleshooting, and enhancing performance
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative, dev, and ecommerce teams to ensure alignment across the funnel.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats.
  • A/B test ad copy, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Media
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed management tools
  • Experience with Performance Max and Smart Shopping transitions.
  • Deep understanding of campaign structures, bid strategies, attribution models, and audience layering.
  • Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.
  • Experience working with eCommerce brands or retailers (in-house or agency).
