Join our team as a Community Psychiatric Nurse and make a real difference in the lives of women and families within a Perinatal Community Mental Health Team. Your core responsibilities include:

Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and risk evaluations

Developing and implementing personalised care and treatment plans
-
Medication management and participation in duty rotas
-
Carrying a caseload as a care coordinator for service users with perinatal needs
-
Supporting women during pregnancy and up to one year postnatally
-
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams including midwives, health visitors, and social workers
-
Maintaining accurate and detailed clinical records in line with compliance standards
-
Current and valid NMC registration and PIN
-
Essential: Experience in care coordination within a community mental health setting
-
Desirable: Experience in perinatal mental health services
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to delivering high-quality mental health & nursing care
This full-time role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The contract is for 3 months ongoing, with a strong likelihood of extension based on performance and service needs.
