ROLE PURPOSE

? You will play a critical role in fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment. You will provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and promoting a positive employee experience.

? As an HRBP, you will work closely with the VP of HR and other leaders to drive initiatives that enhance performance, engagement, and career development within a fast-paced, creative, and innovative environment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

? Provide confidential expert guidance to employees and managers on HR matters, including HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation

? Work closely with managers to coach, advise, and support them in handling complex HR challenges, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.

? Conduct investigations and manage conflict resolution processes where necessary.

? Partner with managers to develop their leadership skills and support their teams effectively.

? Guide managers in areas such as performance management, succession planning, and team dynamics.

? Collaborate with managers to identify and address workforce needs, including talent retention and skill development.

? Support the implementation of HR strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with company objectives.

? Review and update policies to reflect legal changes and best practices in the industry.

? Collaborate with the People Development team to identify and address training needs.

? Provide support in the implementation of employee engagement surveys and action plans.

? Analyse HR / employment data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

? Track and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and performance trends.

? Help drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment where all employees can thrive.
