We currently have an exciting opportunity to work in a leading legal practice providing 1st and 2nd line IT support working with a variety of technology in a fast paced and varied environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To act as the first and second line of support to all staff
  • To be responsible for resolving issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • To assist with the management and administration of the Company's Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Telephony Services and Network Infrastructure as or when required
  • To develop skills, expertise and understanding in any required areas that would improve delivery of support and management or administration of systems, software or services
  • Resolve hardware issues with Desktops, Laptops, Peripherals and Printers to minimise disruption to end users
  • Network administration/troubleshooting
  • Liaising with third party support teams/consultants

Knowledge and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in an ICT role
  • Hold a relevant ICT qualification
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Demonstrable experience of trouble shooting hardware and software problems
  • Demonstrable experience working with the following; Windows 10, Windows Server, RDS, TCP/IP, DNS, Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare, etc)
  • Office 365 administration
  • Experience of structured cabling and setting up hardware is desirable
  • Good communication skills and time keeping
  • Driving licence and access to own car
