We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join our team in Warwickshire. This exciting Band 7/8a role is ideal for a pharmacist with oncology experience who is ready to make an impact in a dynamic clinical setting.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Band 7/8a Oncology Pharmacist

  • Working Hours: 5 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert oncology pharmacy services to support patient care.
  • Reviewing and assessing oncology prescriptions to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Supporting chemotherapy dispensing, preparation, and delivery.
  • Collaborating closely with oncologists and other healthcare professionals to optimise treatment plans.
  • Contributing to clinical audits and supporting research and development within the oncology department.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in oncology pharmacy, including chemotherapy and oncology drug management.
  • GPhC registration as a pharmacist.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong clinical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment.
