Aspire People is looking for a dedicated and flexible KS1 Teacher to join our team, working on a full-time, day-to-day supply basis across multiple schools in Leamington Spa. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher who is confident delivering the KS1 curriculum in various school settings.Key Responsibilities:Delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environmentAdapting lesson plans to meet the needs of different schools and pupilsSupporting pupil progress and assessing learning outcomesWorking closely with other school staff and following school policiesEssential Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)UK teaching experience across KS1Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain oneAbility to adapt to different school environments and follow the curriculumExcellent classroom management and communication skillsDesirable:Familiarity with a variety of schools and teaching approachesExperience in supporting children with additional needs or differentiated learningInterviews:Interviews are being conducted now by Ellie from Aspire People.
